Welcome to the ELT Field Service system documentation. The guide is divided into three role-based sections.

Where to start#

**New user?** Start with your role's section overview. Each section has a "Start here" type introduction before the detailed articles.

**Where to get help?** - **Technical issue with the system** (can't log in, page crashes, error message on screen) → contact the office. - **User-level question** (how do I log my hours, how do I add a site photo) → check this guide first, then ask the office or foreman. - **Password / forgotten PIN** → office can reset.

What the system includes#

Office Odoo at work.elt.systems — the core of the system, all data lives here.
Installer PWA at mobile.work.elt.systems — a lightweight, offline-capable mobile app installed on the phone’s home screen.
This documentation site at docs.elt.systems — works on any device, no login required.
