Office#

The office role covers customer management, products, inventory, invoicing, accounting integration with Netvisor, payroll, and general administration.

User groups#

Office staff typically have these permissions:

  • Customer + location data: Contacts + Field Service
  • Products and inventory: Inventory
  • Sales invoicing: Accounting + Sales
  • HR and payroll: HR + Payroll
  • Administration: Settings (limited)
**Admin rights only** Some actions (e.g. creating users, installing modules, entering Netvisor credentials) can only be done by the system administrator. See [Admin](admin/).
